A research study on more than 2,000 professional adults revealed that over 60% of participants said that with straighter teeth, they were perceived as being happier. About half said that they were seen as more attractive and more successful, and 40% said that people thought they were smarter. How does straighter teeth impact how we are perceived? People who smile and have straight teeth are naturally seen to be friendlier and more attractive. We view these people as confident and therefore ascribe them more confident attributes.
